My Wife and I went out to do a little shopping the other night and ended up at the local "Old Navy" store. I was using my wheel chair and here is what I found.
The store entrance was very easy to navigate, but once in the store I found it difficult to maneuver through the isles and past the bins that were randomly placed throughout the store. I was trying to find some flannel shirts and it was impossible to get the wheel chair past all the obstacles. My wife would have to bring the items to me. If I had been by myself, I would have left the store empty handed and frustrated.
I would rate this stores accessibility at a 2.5. To add to the difficulty; most of the items were hung very high. Even my wife had a difficult time reaching the them.
